I’m an occupational therapist who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where neurodivergent adults and adults living with complex trauma can feel seen, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you embrace your strengths, work through challenges, and build a life that feels true to who you are.
I am an experienced occupational therapist and have worked as an occupational therapist and in various senior roles in the public health sector for almost 20 years, before founding Blue Lotus Allied Health in 2022.
Blue Lotus Allied Health has allowed me to work more flexibly and responsively with a range of clients to support them to live a life that aligns with their values.
